Did Jack fix your problem with the overheating? (Wasn´t there another footballer called Bobby Charlton?) I hope that the engine is still under guarantee. It has given you a lot of trouble all in all. Yes, pity about the bang. It doesn´t look bad but it still hurts (you not the boat).
We have had two days of bad weather, really not like June at all. I actually considered putting on the central heating this evening but it seems to have stopped raining and is warmer. Hope you are having good weather, Brendan.
Last night, I dreamt that I was sailing in a sea of soda.
I wish I could go back to that Fanta sea.
Ouch! That doesn’t look too bad. Is it a polyyfilla job? You could always say that a shark jumped up and bit a chunk off the boat. But we wouldn’t believe you xx
Alnwick (silent L, silent W). Impressive castle and town that I had never heard of. Alnwick castle. Home of Harry Hotspur, the famous knight (what? You've never heard of him?) Alnwick castle. Amble marina. Walworth castle in the distance.
Doesn't look too bad - or is it worse than it looks ? (Steve)
ReplyDeleteThe poor man must have had a lot of stick over the years I'm sure ! (Steve)

Who lives in Bolam Way?
ReplyDeleteI assume the road was named after James Bolam.
DeleteYes Brendan, Times Magazine is all about Ant and Dec and how they started off there.
ReplyDeleteAzura looks very impressive. A passenger liner waiting to re-start when restrictions lift, I suppose.
ReplyDeleteWhere are you headed next?
Next stop Amble on Wednesday, see you there on Friday.
