I had an engineer visit the boat this morning to take a look at an overheating problem. His name was Jack Charlton.
Saturday.

ReplyDeleteDid Jack fix your problem with the overheating? (Wasn´t there another footballer called Bobby Charlton?) I hope that the engine is still under guarantee. It has given you a lot of trouble all in all. Yes, pity about the bang. It doesn´t look bad but it still hurts (you not the boat).
ReplyDeleteWe have had two days of bad weather, really not like June at all. I actually considered putting on the central heating this evening but it seems to have stopped raining and is warmer. Hope you are having good weather, Brendan.

That doesn’t look too bad. Is it a polyyfilla job? You could always say that a shark jumped up and bit a chunk off the boat. But we wouldn’t believe you xx
